Carb? New bike breaking down?

They put us on a "certified" pre owned bike that was dangerous. It was not ready and should not have been sold until it was fixed. I lost 4000.00 down on this bike and the General Manager and Finance Manager didn't care at all about customer service or safety. This bike went back MULTIPLE times. I called on it before 2 wheels even hit the ground when it wad delivered and backfiring in the trailer. Needless to say, their solution was to put us on a tinker toy of a Dyna and put 2000.00 towards it instead of my full 4000.00 down payment. They didn't want to be upside down??? NEITHER DID WE "Literally" The bike was dangerous, period and somebody there knew it when they put it out on the lot for sale. Bam, Andrew, Floyd, Dustin, Jozlyn...You are all AMAZING!!!! YOU are the reason we would consider buying from this dealership. Your management could learn something about people skills from you. Too bad their too buys "knowing it all" to care. We are going to be purchasing 3 more bikes in the future. You guys make us want to deal with you. Not Thunderbird, but you Bam, Andrew, Floyd, Ivy, Dustin and Jozlyn. LOVE the motor clothes staff too :) Really wish your managers were better at what they do. The future of Harley Davidson is in new and up coming bikers. Turning them off and sending them away with a bad taste in their mouth is bad for Harley and the lifestyle. Too bad.
