Their mechanics are all Nationall Certified to the highest industry standards. They will recommend some services that need immediate attention and others to watch out for in the future. They stand behind their repairs with outstanding warrnaties as well. They are more than happy to only sell you parts and offer information on the best way to install them as well. I recently purchased a used car fom EMC for my daughter to drive, that is how much I trust in the quality of products and customer service that EMC provides.

They will just cost you more money to get it done right somewhere else. This is the worst place to take your car in Las Vegas. Do not go there. I know when I'm being lied to. These people are serial liars, thieves. One made up story on top of the next.

Also our front pads and rotors needed attention and we had them repaired. They were courteous and did an excellent job. I read previous negative reports online, but I believe in supporting our local retailers. I recommended my sister-in-law the next day to go to them when her car would not start. We knew the battery was check out okay from another place, and we thought maybe it was the alternator. We were informed that it was the starter motor that had an intermittent worn part and needed to be replace. Before proceeding on work, we check with a honda facility to compare prices. It turned out Tire Works was $300 less and guaranteed work for life, not 3 years as did honda. Not only that, they did find a bad cell in the battery, and replaced a new one for free because my sister was retired and on a limited budget. They exceeded our expectations! Its so easy to blame, criticize, and find fault with a service department, I should know,I've worked for a car dealership for over 20 yrs. I know how hard our service department worked, but no matter what, there were always people who want to find fault and want to be refunded there money because they just don't want to pay in the first place! It's usually people who complain most about almost everything in life are the ones to reply nasty comments, so I decided to send this review to shed a light that all bad reports might not be all true. This one is true, and we are completely satisfied!
