Very knowledgeable and professional when it came to working on my vehicle . I rate this place of five star plus plus because of how they treated me and took care of my problems with my vehicle. I had been looking for a mechanic shop that had experience working on Infiniti G35s. Paladin actually had (3) G35s that they were working on when I arrived there. Eric and the staff diagnosed the problem correctly and fixed the issue. Pricing was very reasonable and they performed a free 27 point inspection on my car. It was much better than taking my car to the dealership and I will certainly use them again for future maintenance and repairs!

Last week my water pump started to leak so I was looking for a reliable shop in my area. I spent a few hours on the net checking out many shops and finally decided on R&M. Glad I did, they replaced the water pump and had my Jeep ready for me in just a few hours at a very fair price. (week later no leaks) The thing that impressed me was they did not try to upsell me for other repairs like belts or hoses which they informed me they checked. Future repairs will be done by R&M.
