I lost my time Today by going to Midas. I had an appointment and after one hour and a half, they said that they cannot work on my car, not even sure they will the day after. I won't go back to that repair shop.

After having some not so good experiences at a few Jiffy Lube locations to do my oil changes I'm so glad I found Meineke! Staff are friendly and knowledgeable I always feel like they have my best interest in mind and not trying to sell me things I don't need. Meineke always has mailer coupons in the RJ magazine for oil changes, I usually can't take advantage on those because my car uses synthetic but I always walk away happy and feel like I'm in good hands!

Last week my water pump started to leak so I was looking for a reliable shop in my area. I spent a few hours on the net checking out many shops and finally decided on R&M. Glad I did, they replaced the water pump and had my Jeep ready for me in just a few hours at a very fair price. (week later no leaks) The thing that impressed me was they did not try to upsell me for other repairs like belts or hoses which they informed me they checked. Future repairs will be done by R&M. It is great to find a place that I can trust to fix my C1500.
