They ll tell you they did all the tests and give your car back after overcharging you then you ll find out the car is not completely fixed and you re stuck with more repairs. They ll lie and give you all kinds of excuses. I would not recommend them to any friends or relatives.

After having some not so good experiences at a few Jiffy Lube locations to do my oil changes I'm so glad I found Meineke! Staff are friendly and knowledgeable I always feel like they have my best interest in mind and not trying to sell me things I don't need. Meineke always has mailer coupons in the RJ magazine for oil changes, I usually can't take advantage on those because my car uses synthetic but I always walk away happy and feel like I'm in good hands!

Last week my water pump started to leak so I was looking for a reliable shop in my area. I spent a few hours on the net checking out many shops and finally decided on R&M. Glad I did, they replaced the water pump and had my Jeep ready for me in just a few hours at a very fair price. (week later no leaks) The thing that impressed me was they did not try to upsell me for other repairs like belts or hoses which they informed me they checked. Future repairs will be done by R&M.
