I bought a 2006 Cadillac SRX but 45 days later had 3 engine mount and transmission mount replaced, cost me $1300 ,dealer must inspect prof , then sale the car .I did not go drag racing or mountain racing ,I just drove in city ,please inspect your car by prof mechanic before you buy save your self a bunch of money thanks,02/27/2014.

URGENT WARNING!!! This place will scam/rip you off! They will tell you they have the part and will get the repair done in 3-4 hours but it s just to lure you in. They ll tell you they did all the tests and give your car back after overcharging you then you ll find out the car is not completely fixed and you re stuck with more repairs. They ll lie and give you all kinds of excuses. I would not recommend them to any friends or relatives.

LIARS CONSTANTLY CHANGING THEIR QUTOES was told there is a 85$ charge for a mechanic to come out and work on the vehicle and that the 85 goes towards the work they do the "mechanic" who came out said the complete opposite i asked if he was the owner he said no yet he is the ONLY person who picks up the phone so he's lying about his position When i called to ask about their services and what may need to be worked on the car the only thing i was told is that if the transmition or engine needed to be pulled that they could do any work needed The mechanic/owner said the complete opposite Was NOT able to complete the job so the complete experience was nothing but a HUGE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THESE RIP OFF ARTIST BETTER TO HAVE YOUR CAR TOWED TO A REAL MECHANIC THAT CAN AND DOES REPAIR CARS STAY AWAY!!!

After having some not so good experiences at a few Jiffy Lube locations to do my oil changes I'm so glad I found Meineke! Staff are friendly and knowledgeable I always feel like they have my best interest in mind and not trying to sell me things I don't need. Meineke always has mailer coupons in the RJ magazine for oil changes, I usually can't take advantage on those because my car uses synthetic but I always walk away happy and feel like I'm in good hands!

Last week my water pump started to leak so I was looking for a reliable shop in my area. I spent a few hours on the net checking out many shops and finally decided on R&M. Glad I did, they replaced the water pump and had my Jeep ready for me in just a few hours at a very fair price. (week later no leaks) The thing that impressed me was they did not try to upsell me for other repairs like belts or hoses which they informed me they checked. Future repairs will be done by R&M.
