The first-time visit on a Saturday and they treated me like a long-time customer. Very professional and they all know what they are doing. Fair pricing and fast service. A rarity especially in Hunts Point. My mechanic retired after 25 years with him and I've been looking for a place I can trust to take my car for anything I may need. I hope I found the place. Today (Oct.3rd,2012) I felt like I won the lottery!! Today I found an HONEST auto shop. My car wouldn't work for a couple of days, nothing electrical was working. My regular mechanic, who has checked my car inside and out, told me that I probably needed to get a new ($800.00) alternator. But the wonderful people at Jays Auto Body quickly found the real reason: the clamps connecting the battery had become rusted, and with sandpaper, they easily fixed the problem,by removing the rust. Even though for years, my regular mechanic had been telling me that they had been checking my battery during routine inspections. Jays Auto Body also inspected my front brake pads & rotors, when another auto shop tried to scare me into buying new ones every year, or I would have an accident with my brakes.But when Jays Auto inspected my rotors; they said that they were just fine. In Last week, the Right Axle of my Honda Accord Broke, it was Friday Noon. I called Freddy and tell him what happed, and I ask if I will drop the car to get fix, which I did. they got the car and worked on it in Saturday their closing day. they replace the both Axle because the left one was damaged also with very very reasonable price. I made my payment over the phone, and pick up my car in same day. its really a great service, very helpful, and very friendly team. It's not my first experience with Freddy, but this time they really exceeded my expectation. thank you Freddy and big thanks to your Lady in charge and to the whole team. I really recommand Freddy services to anyone who looks for great service with reasonable price.

I had my transmission rebuilt at A Connecticut Quality Transmission. It was poorly done and owner does not honor warranty. I do not recommend doing any kind of business with them. Stay clear. Beware. 1 star rating is to high. The site makes you rate at least 1 star.
