Retail tire service near Arcade, NY

This shop is a joke. They preyed on my wife trying to charge her $145 for a serpentine belt change after failing her on an inspection. The serpentine belt for her car costs $16. Wow. There is actually a sign in their shop stating that if you give a positive online review they will give you money off service. Enough said. These guys are thieves.

Please save yourself the agony and expense and DO NOT GO! they recommended $1800 worth of services to "fix" my problem and after 3 attempts the problem still wasn't fixed. I took my car to the dealer and they identified the problem and warned me that Monroe has shady business practices!!!

I took my car in for NYS inspection because they advertised at $15. They disassembled my vehicle and told me I needed new brakes (rotors, drums, pads) and a new right front tie rod. Then they had the gall to quote it at over $700! I happen to know that these items cost around $100 in total. So they were charging $600 for about 2 hours of labor! This is not a classic/antique car, it's a little Hyundai. They just thought they could get one over on me, likely because I'm a female that they assumed knew nothing about cars. When I asked him to show me what was wrong, he acted exasperated and "showed me" some very questionable items in disrepair. Shame on this business. Buyers Beware! I told him to put my car back together so I could take it to an honest repair shop. All he got out of me was the $15!
