Mufflers repair service near Bay Terrace, NY

Brought my car in for service, it was in the shop for two days to replace front struts and some other work. When I drove the car home, I noticed the wheel alignment was off. The alignment wasn't included in the final estimate. I called the shop and they said I could come back in first thing in the morning. Went back the next day and they put the car right up on the lift, did the wheel alignment, and didn't charge me! I was ok with paying for it, and was just happy they took me right in with no wait. Been doing business with Charlie for many years now and would not take my vehicles anywhere else. If you got a time problem, Charlie will try to fit you in, and when the job is done, you know it is done right. You can rest assured you will not get messed with someone changing parts. Prices are good too. He does everything on myt P/U truck and my Hybrid.

I am extremely satisfied and appreciative of the work that the staff at Tolima Auto Center did on my new car. I was very nervous about who was going to work on my brand new car ( Brand new 2016 Jeep Renegade) that was involved in a hit and run just days after it left the dealer. The car looks perfect. You would never know that such intensive work had to be done. Their office staff is responsive, professional and very pleasant. The mobile service was great! They came at the time they said they would, took my old battery out, popped the new one in, 30min tops! They were very Friendly, friendly is good! I trusted them right away. My baby(car) is old and her age shows, i need a shop that can keep her going. I need a Honest mechanic that I can trust and wont BS me. It is very HARD for a single women to find HONEST TRUSTWORTHY Mechanics, I feel like I have. Plus they are right next to TJMAXX!

Went there for state inspection. They told me that my car needs front break pads. I was surprised because day before I went to my dealer for oil change and state inspection, which they could not do because of their broken machine and they did mention that my car needed break pads after courtesy meticulous inspection. Dealer’s multipoint inspection sheet indicated that my break pads are less than half way through. I guess it is dealer’s word against Midas’s word. But I’m sure dealer would not pass on this job if my car needed pads and release me in unsafe vehicle. Not wanting to pay for failed state inspection, I went with replacement. Midas charged me $99.99 for Centric ceramic front pads only! + $106 for labor. I think I got the DEAL OF a LIFETIME here as such break pads cost no more than $30 all over the internet. I still could have done good mileage on these break pads. Rip off and scam. Will not go there again!
