Great owner and good workers. I go there more than my own dealer. The owner, Bob is a nice guy with fair prices who doesn't need an appointment and can fix most car problems. FYI: Just go there when they open for faster service.

I am extremely satisfied and appreciative of the work that the staff at Tolima Auto Center did on my new car. I was very nervous about who was going to work on my brand new car ( Brand new 2016 Jeep Renegade) that was involved in a hit and run just days after it left the dealer. The car looks perfect. You would never know that such intensive work had to be done. Their office staff is responsive, professional and very pleasant. The guys in Middle Village is still thinking about it and the guy in LIC is looking for used transmissions. Mille told me to bring it down and Eka agreed with me that the valve body was defective. VW dealer said $ 3200 and the tranny guys wanted $ 2700 for a used (49K) transmission? At Adria Motors, they treat you as family and take car of your car as if it were their own car. I have had my car repaired at Pro Tech Benz several times over the past 2 years and I am very happy with the results. They offer excellent service and are extremely knowable about Mercedes vehicles. Their pricing is very reasonable and they are very straightforward about the repairs. Unlike the dealers they don't try and up sell you on additional repairs that might not be needed. I would highly recommend them to Mercedes owners.
