I am extremely satisfied and appreciative of the work that the staff at Tolima Auto Center did on my new car. I went there in my 2012 camry because they were rated #1 oil change in south bay paper, and they told me the same ($35 more for synthetic). When I called toyota, Toyota said it is 5w20 synthetic. So i had it done and seemed very fair, quick service. I read this review first, and was hesitant, but my engine still runs and I saw they used the correct oil and changed filter. Seemed legit. would go back. Very fast service.

I have had my car repaired at Pro Tech Benz several times over the past 2 years and I am very happy with the results. They offer excellent service and are extremely knowable about Mercedes vehicles. Their pricing is very reasonable and they are very straightforward about the repairs. Unlike the dealers they don't try and up sell you on additional repairs that might not be needed. Don't go there! unprofessional liars! Charged me 2300$ (cash) For used transmission, they give you (6 month warranty which is nothing) less than 6 month transmission was out of use.. they fixed it again, after few months car got the same exact problem, during fixing transmission they damaged muffler and asked more money to fix it. Also very rude personal, specially owners, be careful with them! They really stressed me out about timing.. I lost a lot of money and time.

Nicholas S 347-836-1574 - Logistics manager of this body shop had a customer car at his house in South Richmond Hill on June 20 at approximately 4:45 pm. His kid brother backed out of the driveway into my car while I passed by which caused damages to the right side of my car. The cops were summoned and statements were given. My insurance company made numerous attempts to contact this person with no success. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you!
