This place is bogus. My wife towed there by AAA. Told cost $20 to inspect her tire. After they then said needs to be replaced. She waited over 5 hours while they took in to bays cars that arrived after! When she asked when she might be out of there never an answer from service writer. The tecnition drops car off jack as sales woman and wife watched. Next day I contacted Firestone corporate. Very nice people.. In tern they said they wouuld have the manager ocntact me. Some dim wit named Joel very rude and combative.Called my wife a liar! Over past 60 years my family's trucking business has spent millions on Firestone truck tires. As of today not another dime!

I brought my car in for an inspection and failed for the drive belts. I saw them, they did have cracks so i said change them. When it was done I saw the bill. My car requires 3 belts. 2 belts were 65.99 EACH and 1 belt was 52.99. A grand total of 184.97 for drive belts! I looked around for the price of these drive belts online, the most expensive one i could find was 17.99 same brand. I then called Midas to find out who their supplier was to find out the actual cost of the belts, but they told me they are not sure about which one they get the belt from and just gave me the number to a supplier who i called and found out he doesn't sell those belts to them. I went back to see the manager to discuss the bill and prices. I realize he doesn't make the prices, but its the first person you have to bring these matters to when you have an issue. He is good at his job, first telling me that i agreed to the work and paid for it, then after pressing him for any more information on anything i can do, he said i could get an estimate from another place that shows the price of the belts for a price match. So i call another Midas, I figured stay with the same company so all policies/gurantees are comparable only parts prices would possibly be different, it was 45 mins north of where i live and got an estimate and brought it in, by this point he relays a message that he will meet with me outside. I imagine this is so the the other customers aren't effected by overhearing what i am going through. By the way i am a military service member in uniform, so i was in no way losing my bearing under the situation. I understand that this is a process and as with most complaints it will take a while before you get anywhere with it. The manager looked over my estimates and noted that the only difference was the price of the belts at about 100 dollars cheaper at the other Midas, which also offers lifetime warranties. He then gave me a fax number to send the estimates

THIS PLACE WILL RECOMMEND THINGS THAT ARE NOT NEEDED AND BS YOU LIKE YOUR CAR IS ABOUT TO BREAK DOWN UCH DISGUSTING !!!!!, THEY PUT IN VERY BAD QUALITY ROTORS AND PADS, TOOK AROUND FIVE LONNNGGGG HOURS TO DO THE WORK, LOOKING THROUGH THE WINDOW WHERE THEY WERE SO CALLED ,WORKING SOOO SLOWWWW LIKE THEY HAVE NO CARE IN THE WORLD, EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING. HAD TO COME BACK THE NEXT DAY TO HAVE THEM REPLACE THE PARTS AGAIN BECAUSE THE ROTORS WARPED THE NEXT DAY. GET THIS I WAITED ABOUT 5 HOURS FOR THEM TO FIX WHAT THEY PUT IN WRONG THE FIRST TIME. I NOW HAVE TO REPLACE ALL THE PARTS AGAIN ONLY 10K MILES AFTER I PUT THEM ON. HUGE RIPPOFF . I HAVE A WARRANTY BUT WILL NOT GO BACK THERE ,AS THEY HAVE INCOMPETENT PEOPLE WORKING THERE AND WILL JUST PUT IN INFERIOR PARTS AGAIN USELESS PEOPLE !!!! THEY PUT IN THE CHEAPEST ROTORS AND PADS AND CHARGED ME 500$ IM PISSED OFF, AND NOT HAPPY WITH THE BAD PARTS AND VERY BAD SERVICE >>>> BE WARY YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU LIKE GIVING OVER YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO PEOPLE WHO RIP YOU OFF BIG TIME !!!!!
