I absolutely love JC. They've provided consistent, reliable service for my car since I moved to the area. They have saved me tons of money- typically in situations where my dealership tries to upsell an unnecessary service not warranty covered. Recently, they looked at a used dealer car I was interested in buying- and found a few potentially costly issues with the vehicle, that were then taken care of by the dealer. They wouldn't take a cent from me for their time. Don't hesitate to use this wonderful, family run auto service.

Right when I thought this was a reputable shop. This is absolutely the worst shop/junkyard you can go to. Had Mazin and Pete rebuild my engine on my 2013 X5 and literally 8 days later, it goes bad and their excuse is”oil cooler”. I will get every penny back and I will make sure everyone knows about the scam operation you are running there. Mazen and Pete, Karma will bite you back and I’ll see you in court. I will not let this pass. What a scamming shop that doesn’t stand behind their work or anything they do. If you don’t believe me, look at all the reviews engine rebuild reviews. These guys don’t know what they are doing nor what they are talking about. Unfortunately for you, you messed around with he wrong guy.

I have been a customer for 19 years and always enjoyed great service for my brakes and mufflers. Always repaired on the first visit. Employees are very helpful and friendly and professional. Recently I bought a Acura Mdx and from day one it had a pull. I took to dealer many times, and didn't realize they sub the job out to Mavis next door to them. Once I realized I ran right to my old faithful. Rices automotive. The car was perfect after that...thank God for them.

The guys at Cybert are honest and very easy to deal with. I've had shops in the past play games with me (halogen fluid replacement, etc.), but at Cybert, they brought me out into the shop, showed me what was going on, explained the fix, and then fixed it. There was nothing shady and I never once felt like they were trying to take advantage of me. They have a convenient location, reasonable hours, and surprisingly good coffee while you wait. 15 years go I found Sonny's shop in Nassau with a parking lot full of Porsches. I was very glad to find such an honest and dependable mechanic, especially since servicing these cars is usually expensive. He has always done the right thing for me, and is reasonably priced considering his skill level and the cars he works on. We have a 2011 Nissan that was acting funny. It wasnt shifting smoothly. We took it to a couple of local places but they told us that a dealer would be best because they had equipment to diagnose later model cars that were only available to dealers. I was really hesitant. We were new to the area and always stayed away from dealers because they usually charge more. We looked on line and found a local dealer, Baron Nissan, that had good reviews. None of those reviews were for service but what we could find said really good things about their sales department so we had the car towed there and crossed our fingers. We met Frank the service manager who was very nice. He asked what the car was doing and we told him/. We left it there overnight and he said he would call us the next day. He called about 11am on Friday and said the car was done. A little surpised that it was done so quickly I asked if they had found the problem. He said it was just a control module that had to be reset, no big deal. The way the other mechanics had made it sound we were braced for a huge repair bill. When we went to pick it up they told us that they had checked and our car was still under the Nissan powertrain warranty ( which we had no idea about) and the bill was nothing, no money at all. They told us they checked the car and we needed front brakes and an oil change ( which I knew). They gave me a fair price and we had them do the work. Frank didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need or want and they did the brakes and oil change while we waited. Has a chance to talk to Frank while we waited, he was just a nice guy who welcomed us to the neighborhood. We have bought a lot of cars in our life, definately not my first rodeo and I never,ever went back to a dealer for service as a rule they are too busy, pushy and over priced. I gotta say Frank at Baron Nissan is the exception. We are so glad we found them

I moved to NJ after living in WI for 34 years leaving behind my go-to mechanic (since I was legal on the road) that I could trust with any car/truck problem. It took about 3+ years to find a guy like John and the group of guys that I can trust at Car Kings. It's convenient that I work in Clifton so he is a few minutes away. I have been there about a 1/2 dozen times and he always finds a way to sneak me in. Work always get's done in a timely and professional manner. Just watch out for Teddy the office dog! ;)
