Nicholas S 347-836-1574 - Logistics manager of this body shop had a cu... read more Nicholas S 347-836-1574 - Logistics manager of this body shop had a customer car at his house in South Richmond Hill on June 20 at approximately 4:45 pm. His kid brother backed out of the driveway into my car while I passed by which caused damages to the right side of my car. The cops were summoned and statements were given. My insurance company made numerous attempts to contact this person with no success. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you!

In beginning of July 2015 I purchased a back up camera for my fiancé's 2010 BMW. Now this was supposed to be a surprise for her birthday which was in August. After speaking to Mike who is the owner, we agreed on a price of $600. He drew up a contract, I then paid the bill in full and received my receipt. He stated that he would call me in approximately a week when he received the items. After a week went by I called him and he informed me that he needed a few more days. I called him back a week later and the items still were not there. I then explained to him that this was crazy and I was going cancel and to go to a different Auto place and he begged me to give him a couple of more days. I then called back another week later and he still had not received it, and my fiancé's birthday was a little over a week away. So I asked him why couldn't he order the items from another place? He stated to give him a couple of minutes he was going to see if he could get it from different place and call me back. He called me back and said he had located it at a different place and he had ordered it. He advised me that he would receive it in 2 to 3 days. In the 3 days he did receive it which was July 29th. I asked him if he could install it on the 29th or the 30th because I was going on a family vacation on the 31st. He then stated that he was backed up with cars, mind you I had originally explained to him that I wanted it installed before my fiancé's birthday which was August 2nd. He said if I wanted, I could leave the car and it would be finished when We returned from vacation. I was so upset at him and the way he had conducted business, but I agreed to bringing it back when I returned from my vacation. He said okay just bring $200 more because the place he ordered it from charged him more money than what I originally paid him. I told him he was insane after putting me at an inconvenience for over a month and begging me not to go any place else to get it done. He then told me if he does it for the price that we agreed upon that it would be as if he was doing the entire labor for free. I did not agree to that and told him that he should take the loss due to all that he that put me through. He said that he couldn't do that and would give me my money back. I informed him that I would never come there to have any work done on my vehicles and I would inform my friends and family not to go there either. Mike is a bad individual and I will never deal with him again!!!!!!!!!! BEWARE.
