I was referred to Paris Automotive to program my computer for my 2009 Honda Odyssey. They have moved to Sanford which was closer to me in Lake Mary anyway. They did good work. I will be back. A+ Recommendation.

I'm relatively new in the area, and needed to find a reliable automotive repair and service shop to help me with numerous issues that have been creeping up with my car recently. I had been noticing some issues with my suspensions, alignment, and some strange things happening with my engine, and since I'm not an expert, I needed a shop that would provide honest, friendly, and courteous service and wouldn't try to take me (and my wallet) for a ride. I was pleased when I called Car Port Specialist on a whim and had a pleasant conversation with them over the phone. They were patient with me and didn't talk down to me or make me feel small for not knowing exactly what the problem was. I came in the same day and they did some diagnostic testing, and I didn't even have to pay from the estimate. For me, this was big; other shops I called had no patience for me being unsure about the exact nature of the problem, and would have charged a substantial amount for the estimate. In the end, I was expecting the repairs to be more expensive than they were. Ultimately the engine issue was minimal, and the prices for everything were extremely fair. Great people, great work. Julio is the only one I let work on my truck except in the most desperate situations. He's worked on my truck for years and will continue to as long as I have it.

Customer stated, tinting window 35% windshield and 20% 2 front windows would offer a dark no see-through from outside to inside car. It did not, and when I stated to owner and son I wasn't satisfied with job provide. Owner said Oh well. You should have ask for 5%. I paid $120.00 never again. Customer satisfaction produce repeat customer and new customers.

It’s best to say it’s better to go somewhere else went in for just a sub they blew another speaker in the vehicle then told me it came in like that. Then wanted to charge me to fix it. Then offered to fix it for free and put a pos cheap speaker in from another car. Save your time and money and get better service somewhere else. Never even offered to replace the speaker with the original brand that they broke. They could have handled this situation better but it became a yelling match in the back of there shop they just deceid to say the vehicle came in like that. They did very little to make sure we the customers left happy we left feeling we got the crap end of the stick. They will screw up something you work hard for and work hard to maintain and keep nice. They will use old parts/speakers to fix what they break. They put a Chrysler speaker in my Hyundai after they messed it up and they repeatedly told me they if I blast my system because my radio is so powerful it will blow my speakers but then they called me to the back to show me their work they had it on full blast witch evidently blew my speaker. They denied it but they knew what they did wrong and they wanted to do little to fix it. They wanted to charge me for a speaker they removed from another car to put it in mine that is not even close to my factory system I have. Thank you for ruining my car. I baby this car and I treat it right and u guys have messed it up.

New to the area and they really know what they're doing. The best mechanics I have done business with so far. Very very impressed and satisfied with all their work, will definitely be my go to guys from now on with everything!

They might provide a great product with great service, but I never got that far due to poor phone etiquette. I spoke with Darryl about replacing a top and being my first convertible had a lot of questions. First few minutes were fine, but he was very distracted dealing with other things while on the phone with me where I asked him if we should talk later. He said no. I asked him a few more questions about his business and he got offended as if I was questioning his ability (which I was not)... then I asked him if he could just answer my questions as I wanted to be comfortable with his shop. I thought businesses were supposed to earn business and customer trust by answering questions...does he think I was going to just show up and give him the keys without asking questions? What happened to the "customer" always being right? Or what happened to just being courteous on the phone? Maybe Darryl's business is doing so good (hope he is in this economy) that he can afford to lose one customer and people I WOULD HAVE recommended to him because he was too arrogant when I clearly don't know anything about convertibles and just wanted information about the product and his company. Maybe Darryl was just having a bad day and took it out on me... just cost you $1500 Darryl. Have a nice Thanksgiving!

Purchased a train horn as a christmas present. Decided to use EZ Rdider because they assured me they stand behind the work they do. Spent 450.00 on horn and installation. Less than 2 months later horn stopped working and we are told it is the motor and it is not covered. To repair is 200.00. We feel very taken advantage of! Buyers be aware and go elsewhere!

Update: I did get back 80 bucks back today. After two phone calls that I made to the shop. (Never called me!) Showed up and had the money there waiting for me. Asked why the tint tape was on the OUTSIDE of my back window, Was told this when I asked shouldn't it of been on the inside Gordon said "never thought of putting it on the inside" "plus when we deal with the tint its wet so we just put it on the outside." So that is my experience summed up with this shop.
