Update from Lucky 13
Update: I did get back 80 bucks back today. After two phone calls that I made to the shop. (Never called me!) Showed up and had the money there waiting for me. Asked why the tint tape was on the OUTSIDE of my back window, Was told this when I asked shouldn't it of been on the inside Gordon said "never thought of putting it on the inside" "plus when we deal with the tint its wet so we just put it on the outside." So that is my experience summed up with this shop.

Window tint
The "owner" Enoch is horriable! I just had my car windows tinted here. Saw the sample car parked out front, told him I wanted that. He said ok. Told me it would take 5 hours.... Left my car, came at closing time and they were still working on it... I noticed the tint was way to light.. I said that tint does not match the car out front, he told me it did, (no way it did). Then, he took it off except for the back window. The car was done in less then 30 mins. (on a side note, why did they need my car there for 5 hours the first time?) Then when it was time to pay, charged me for two sets of tints..... Not before hand, after... Then after a long agument and him laughing in my face, (his employee actually pulled me aside and told me what a Jacka** he is and sided with us) I was so agravated I over paid him by 80 bucks because I counted my 100 bill as a 20. and he was sooo dishonested he kept it! Got home and see the edges all lifting up and tape all over the outside of my back window. What a mess. Please beware... when going here. He has 2 locations one at the flea market and this one at fortune road. (((This guy needs to get some customer service skills!) I felt rushed and unlistened too. I have never been so mistreated as a customer in my life. And then he was so dishonest as to keep my 100. I hope it was worth it to him. Again this was my experience today... I highly suggest you proceed to this business with extreme caution!!! I attend car shows weekly and I will be spreading the word. Car tunes is exactly that a cartoon! I am so upset that now I have find someone else to fix the back window.... UGGGG.....
