I have been a customer for 19 years and always enjoyed great service for my brakes and mufflers. Always repaired on the first visit. Employees are very helpful and friendly and professional. Recently I bought a Acura Mdx and from day one it had a pull. I took to dealer many times, and didn't realize they sub the job out to Mavis next door to them. Once I realized I ran right to my old faithful. Rices automotive. The car was perfect after that...thank God for them.

I pulled in for a NY state auto inspection around 5:30 pm. Despite looking very busy I was accommodated in a few minutes They provided the inspection quickly and efficiently. Everyone was very courteous, the task was finished then I was on my way. I would recommend this shop to anyone and will return when I be require service or repair in the future.

This is the place to go for your rover works, when no one can figure it out they will, not only is the work done right it will last.

The first-time visit on a Saturday and they treated me like a long-time customer. Very professional and they all know what they are doing. Fair pricing and fast service. A rarity especially in Hunts Point. My mechanic retired after 25 years with him and I've been looking for a place I can trust to take my car for anything I may need. I hope I found the place. Right when I thought this was a reputable shop. This is absolutely the worst shop/junkyard you can go to. Had Mazin and Pete rebuild my engine on my 2013 X5 and literally 8 days later, it goes bad and their excuse is”oil cooler”. I will get every penny back and I will make sure everyone knows about the scam operation you are running there. Mazen and Pete, Karma will bite you back and I’ll see you in court. I will not let this pass. What a scamming shop that doesn’t stand behind their work or anything they do. If you don’t believe me, look at all the reviews engine rebuild reviews. These guys don’t know what they are doing nor what they are talking about. Unfortunately for you, you messed around with he wrong guy.

Great customer service... Broke down on the Turnpike, limped off exit 12. As soon as I got off i saw an AAMCO sign across the street. I stopped in at 4:30 in a panic. They checked the car and told me I needed a water pump. They ordered the parts and stayed 90 minutes past closing to wait for the parts and get me on the road. I really appreciate the staff at AAMCO staying to help me out. Car ran great the whole way home. Adam Treiber

Great owner and good workers. I go there more than my own dealer. The owner, Bob is a nice guy with fair prices who doesn't need an appointment and can fix most car problems. FYI: Just go there when they open for faster service.
