From start to finish the experience was worth the trip. Our sales person, Kristen Morrell was at the top of her game. She was knowledgeable from start to finish. She held our hands and asked tons of questions and we walked away or should I say drove away with the car of our dreams. Our next car in the very near future will also be from Prestige Toyota. Thank You Kristen for all your help and support through out the buying experience. Nola and David Goetchius Athens, NY

I took my car into the shop for a simple oil change, that was all I wanted, not fluid top offs, no checks, just an oil change. As soon as a left the parking lot, my engine started to smoke. I don´t know too much about cars and after stopping and checking it, I decided they must have spilled a bit of oil and it was just burning off. I was on my way to my brother´s wedding so I got on the highway. Very soon, my car began to over heat. I pulled off to the side, let the car cool and opened the hood. What I saw was that the radiator cap was not screwed on at all! Even I know that the radiator system is under pressure and must remain so in order to work properly. I called the shop and spoke to the owner and he said that the mechanic must have simply been checking my fluid levels. Well, anti freeze is either green or orange, and the container is opaque, so there is no reason to remove the cap to simply check the levels. Also, if he was just checking, he should have put the cap back on! Frustrated, upset, and stuck on the side of the NYS thruway, I hung up. I called AAA and was towed off the thruway to a nearby shop. They had to flush the system and add new coolant, which I had done only 6 months ago, and it should last for at least 3 years. I missed the wedding. When I called Meineke customer service, they informed me that the owner did not feel the need to refund me either the 20 bucks I spent on the oil change or the 100 dollars I had to spend at the other shop in order to be able to drive my car. Also, they cannot force him to refund me anything, as they are simply there as mediators. So it is like this, two young ladies walk into a car shop and get an oil change. The mechanic PURPOSELY takes off the radiator cap thinking that when something goes wrong we will run right back in and spend a bunch of money for no reason. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH EVEN THE SMALLEST OF REPAIRS! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR Y

Buyer beware...after buying not one but three new Hyundias from Prestige my wife & I finally found out what they were all about. We leased a 2011 Sonata and in December, 6 months before the lease was up we recieved a notice from Hyundai offering a six month early buy out if we leased a new Sonata. Being that we were almost at out limit we decided to take them up on this offer. Six months later I got a bill from Hyundai financing saying that I had a balance of $1274 on my old lease due to an early termination...what!!?? How can this be? After many phone calls to Hyundai I was told that the had tried to contact the dealership for several months and that they failed to fill out what they call a "pull ahead" form that would have rectified this. Really, a simple form could have fixed this issue? Furthermore after looking into Presitge further I had found that they had numerous compliants from buyers about their business practices. I called the dealership several times to try and find out why they refused to fix their mistake. After all it was their mistake and now I was being billed for it. I spoke with PJ Bastone in financing & Brian Mcarthy and they would not even return my phone calls. I then called Charlie Roszko who is the owner to try and get this resolved and not one call was returned. Not what I would call a professionally ran dealership! After not getting any return phone calls I decided to go to the dealership to see if I can speak with the owner Charlie....after getting the run around for about 30 minutes I found him by a counter and after explaining what had happened his answer to me was " I CANT DO ANYHTING ABOUT IT" I could not believe my ears. I explained that it was his dealerships mistake and asked why they were not filling out the pull ahead form to resolve this and he would not answer me. He then went on to say "I ADMIT IT WAS OUR MISTAKE BUT I AM NOT PAYING YOUR BILL TAKE ME TO COURT!!"
