It's never convenient to go without your car, and body damage repairs are always a mystery... But Paul and Richie over at Brookside really take care of you. I mean, I was blown away by their responsiveness, patience in explaining everything, and resourcefulness in arranging rental cars and dealing with insurance companies. My truck was back exactly when they said it would be. And it hasn't looked this good since the day I brought it from the dealer.

I would recommend this business to anyone. The car came back as if it was from the dealership, the work was very clean and tyhe staff courteous. Thanks to Richie
John came in to our office in June 2012 to make 2 windows in our offic... read more John came in to our office in June 2012 to make 2 windows in our office. He had a holier than thou attitude. We kept feeling that he's going to cheat us but couldn't quite spot it. He would try to not answer our questions in a straight forward way. He would try to stear us only in the direction that was good for him. When we told him that one of our windows was rattling, he said that he noticed it but did not tell us and did not do anything about it. Then, he said he would come to fix it only when he was in the area the next time. He made us feel like it was our fault. After a few weeks, he never came. We called him and he would get angry and start screaming. It was his way of trying to get rid of us. The glass still rattles. Now I know way his price was lower than other companies. He does not do a complete job. His rough personality leaves a bad memory for a long time.
