The seats had sand still on them. The dashboard and CD player had dust on it and in the crevices. The seats had liquid splash marks on them and the inside of the doors were not even wiped clean...they had dust on them. When I got home I had to complete all of the above mentioned. In addition, when I lifted the seats the floor was covered in debris. They didn't even vacuum under the seats. Dot go there!

Always repaired on the first visit. Employees are very helpful and friendly and professional. Recently I bought a Acura Mdx and from day one it had a pull. I took to dealer many times, and didn't realize they sub the job out to Mavis next door to them. Once I realized I ran right to my old faithful. Rices automotive. The car was perfect after that...thank God for them.

The smell was so bad that after i attempted to clean it up it still smelled awful. I then went to a different car wash and spent 65 dollars and all it did was look better, but still stunk. So i finally gave in and took it to get a complete interior detail. I was hesitant because it seemed pricey but they guaranteed the work and I even found a coupon online to save me $25. When I picked up my car I was surprised that they got the smell out completely.....not a trace of it. And better yet... they guaranteed me that the smell wont come back...and if it does within a year they will retreat it for free. I must say I was extremely satisfied with both the job and that they stand behind their work.
