My car died on my way to work so I had my car towed in to TRM and they provided me with a ride to work. They diagnosed that my alternator was no longer working and replaced it before the end of the day. I was happy with the service they provided and the price they quoted me.

I took my car to this place but I have bad experience, Is a terrible service , parts are a bad quality , he said 3 days and it is really 3 weeks or more. I pick up my car and it became with other problems. He MAKES many excuses.

This place was great. The guy who runs it might be the nicest "car guy" I've ever met. They drove me home and called me with what they found. Carl went over everything and when I asked a question he was so polite and patient. They even picked me up after the work was done. I can't say enough about Carl or the work they did. My car runs great now and I am going there for everything from now on. They do everything. It's awesome.

These guys know what they are doing. On time service and affordable care for your auto, they went out of their way to make sure my issues were resolved. They balanced/aligned my ride better than any dealer will tell you they can do. They know how to service all makes and models, it is worth the trip even if you are not from the Monroe area. This station is awesome! Chris, the manager, is one of the best managers of a service station I have ever experienced. He is consistent, helpful, attentive,honest and treats everyone equally.
