Family owned/operated business, very friendly people makes you feel at home, they don't try to push stuff on you will give the recommended work, good pricing, will drop and pick you up if you live close by which I think is really nice of them. Dealer level European, Japanese & Domestic repair & diagnostics

Islip Transmission blows. They must have dropped the flywheel and damaged it before putting it back in, thinking I wouldnt notice, because now my car wount always start. The teeth on my flywheel are damaged, and these guys don't honor their warranties. Oh, and its my fault, so they wont honor the warranties I guess if your dumb enough to give these guys your money, getting screwed should be expected. I'll never go back, and highly reccomend you choose a better shop, Pat & Tommy are crooks.
