I am so happy I am I found Sharp Transmissions. They are my only car care providers now and I bring my vehicles to them for everything. They earned my trust and loyalty with their fair prices and honesty. The work they performed on my cars is superior to all other service stations AND the dealers I have used.

I needed an wheel alignment on my 2000 Ford Ranger and called many places which told me I would have to wait over a week or two for them to perform the work. I called up Gene's Tire located in Accord NY on a Friday morning and they set up with an appointment the next day as soon as they opened.They crew working gave me a very nice welcome and performed the wheel alignment within an half hour or less. They were very polite and also very honest which is hard to find from a mechanic shop these day, not to mention they were a little cheaper than the rest and did an outstanding job. I highly recommend anyone who is have issues with their vehicles in this local area to go to Gene's Tire for a perfect service! Thank you Gene, I will be back if I have any issue with my truck. Hello Everyone, I would like to share my repair experience with foreign auto repair service: Both Glenn & Lisa were consummate professionals during the entire process of troubleshooting my diesel Range Rover. They kept me abreast on the entire process, provided a thorough photo of all the work provided with photos of the work conducted allowed me to use their car while they repaired my car which is above and beyond generous. Glenn kept me posted through txt messages daily. They isolated the problem, worked with the warranty company on the repair cost ensured I understood what I was responsible for on the repair cost and returned my car back repaired. Thank you for the great service it’s appreciated. I will be back hopefully not to soon but when needed I will entrust you to work on my again in the future. Joe V. ??

Performance is as good as it gets. Need a car, reasonable? Coby has choices for you. Need service? Johnny will get you back on the road quickly and very reasonably. Our family goes nowhere else when it comes to cars. Sounds like we're related. We are not. This place is bogus. My wife towed there by AAA. Told cost $20 to inspect her tire. After they then said needs to be replaced. She waited over 5 hours while they took in to bays cars that arrived after! When she asked when she might be out of there never an answer from service writer. The tecnition drops car off jack as sales woman and wife watched. Next day I contacted Firestone corporate. Very nice people.. In tern they said they wouuld have the manager ocntact me. Some dim wit named Joel very rude and combative.Called my wife a liar! Over past 60 years my family's trucking business has spent millions on Firestone truck tires. As of today not another dime!

I brought my car in for an inspection and failed for the drive belts. I saw them, they did have cracks so i said change them. When it was done I saw the bill. My car requires 3 belts. 2 belts were 65.99 EACH and 1 belt was 52.99. A grand total of 184.97 for drive belts! I looked around for the price of these drive belts online, the most expensive one i could find was 17.99 same brand. I then called Midas to find out who their supplier was to find out the actual cost of the belts, but they told me they are not sure about which one they get the belt from and just gave me the number to a supplier who i called and found out he doesn't sell those belts to them. I went back to see the manager to discuss the bill and prices. I realize he doesn't make the prices, but its the first person you have to bring these matters to when you have an issue. He is good at his job, first telling me that i agreed to the work and paid for it, then after pressing him for any more information on anything i can do, he said i could get an estimate from another place that shows the price of the belts for a price match. So i call another Midas, I figured stay with the same company so all policies/gurantees are comparable only parts prices would possibly be different, it was 45 mins north of where i live and got an estimate and brought it in, by this point he relays a message that he will meet with me outside. I imagine this is so the the other customers aren't effected by overhearing what i am going through. By the way i am a military service member in uniform, so i was in no way losing my bearing under the situation. I understand that this is a process and as with most complaints it will take a while before you get anywhere with it. The manager looked over my estimates and noted that the only difference was the price of the belts at about 100 dollars cheaper at the other Midas, which also offers lifetime warranties. He then gave me a fax number to send the estimates
