It is always difficult to find a repair shop where you trust the people who are servicing your car...This is that place! They tell it like it is. No unneeded services or surprise extras when you go to pay the bill. To be fair, I had one uncomfortable situation arise with them. However, I was the one that made them uncomfortable (long story I wont bore you with) and once it was explained (professionally I might add), the situation was corrected and I continue to have my car serviced there. They take the time to properly diagnose the problem before repairing, and give you an honest estimate of time and cost. Ralph and his staff are highly skilled and detail oriented, and my cars have never run better. The shop is super clean, very well organized, and fantastic with scheduling.
