I have had my car repaired at Pro Tech Benz several times over the past 2 years and I am very happy with the results. They offer excellent service and are extremely knowable about Mercedes vehicles. Their pricing is very reasonable and they are very straightforward about the repairs. Unlike the dealers they don't try and up sell you on additional repairs that might not be needed. owner of a small truckin company sent my driver with a delivery request. the shipper and receiving supervisor was very disrespectful; he treat my driver rudely and even made unnecessary racial comments. As a business owner myself, I believe there is no need to treat customers that way, specially when the service was resquest from them.

do not use these guys. their mechanics steal things out of cars during service. I've been a customer of theirs for over 10 years and this last tiem an ipod was stolen out of my car. When I spoke to John, he told me too bad i shouldnt have left it in the car. NO LOYALTY to customers at all.
