Our daughter was recently involved in a motor vehicle accident. We called our mechanic, who immediately recommended Cannon Collision, and advised us to speak with Paul. We contacted Paul immediately, who said that he would gladly take a look at the vehicle. After bringing the car down, Paul went over the entire car with a fine tooth comb. I mean, this guy's thorough. I felt immediately at ease, for his expertise and his respectful tone proved to me that he was definitely a class act. Paul was in touch with us consistently from day one. He even offered to give us a lift to the rental car company, and even contacted a few for us while we were in his office. When we went down to pick up the car today, I couldn't believe what I saw - the car looked like it just pulled off the showroom floor! Our vehicle is 11 years old, and it hasn't looked that good in YEARS! The entire car was completely detailed, inside and out, and my daughter even commented that she loved how clean the car was! The entire experience, which could have been horrific, was smooth from the get-go. Paul and all the guys at Cannon Collision made this experience so much easier. The car handles really well now, and all work is 100% guaranteed. Paul said that no vehicle that ever leaves his shop is unsafe, which rested my mind as a parent. Worst detail ever! I have paid less and received better work. The cup holders were not cleaned out. The seats had sand still on them. The dashboard and CD player had dust on it and in the crevices. The seats had liquid splash marks on them and the inside of the doors were not even wiped clean...they had dust on them. When I got home I had to complete all of the above mentioned. In addition, when I lifted the seats the floor was covered in debris. They didn't even vacuum under the seats. Dot go there!

Don't waste your time going around getting other estimates. They'll beat the competitor's price by about 30% and will finish faster, too. They did a great job on my 2005 Toyota Avalon. It had a nasty scratch along the side and Maaco fixed it seamlessly in 1 day (other places said 2-3). The owner, Alex, is great to deal with - straight-forward, honest, helpful and really nice.He will do twice as good of a job as those other body shops, for half the price!. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
