I had them tow my car from NY to TN and they damaged the front end of the car and denied it. Delivered it a day late. They have criminal drivers. Worst company i have ever seen. I don't know...is it only me, it is so impossible to trust people from east coast.

The oil drip pan was damaged by the tow and they denied negligence. Then I called Allstate to have the car towed to my sons house and when allstate sent a tow truck to get the car, this place would not let him on the premises. This place is a rip off. Stay away and keep staying away. I am still on the phone with allstate trying to resolve this. Finally the police were called and are intervening. What a bad place.
We broke down on I-684 and had no choice about getting our fuel pump r... read more We broke down on I-684 and had no choice about getting our fuel pump replaced here. The good - They were able to get to our car the next day (Saturday) and get it done and they gave our family of 4 a ride to a hotel. The bad - They are *very* expensive. While the parts and labor charges were clear and technically correct, they were at the very top of the high end of the range for everything. They were as expensive (or more) than going to a dealer! I had asked if they could cut us a bit of a break, given their high prices and our financial situation (We are not well off, as evidenced by our 11 year old car). But they would not even consider giving us even a dime of discount.
