Had a fantastic experience over at Brookside. It's never convenient to go without your car, and body damage repairs are always a mystery... But Paul and Richie over at Brookside really take care of you. I mean, I was blown away by their responsiveness, patience in explaining everything, and resourcefulness in arranging rental cars and dealing with insurance companies. My truck was back exactly when they said it would be. And it hasn't looked this good since the day I brought it from the dealer.

I am extremely satisfied and appreciative of the work that the staff at Tolima Auto Center did on my new car. Great - just great. They act as a customer advocate, helping you navigate the bumpy path of filing an insurance claim. I had a minor fender bender, but I did not have rental insurance. 1042 went out of their way to speed up the repair so I could get my car back as quickly as possible. They are friendly, fast, and thoroughly professional. I hope I never need to go back, but if I'm ever in an accident I will absolutely go back!
