Great customer service... Broke down on the Turnpike, limped off exit 12. As soon as I got off i saw an AAMCO sign across the street. I stopped in at 4:30 in a panic. They checked the car and told me I needed a water pump. They ordered the parts and stayed 90 minutes past closing to wait for the parts and get me on the road. Our daughter was recently involved in a motor vehicle accident. We called our mechanic, who immediately recommended Cannon Collision, and advised us to speak with Paul. We contacted Paul immediately, who said that he would gladly take a look at the vehicle. After bringing the car down, Paul went over the entire car with a fine tooth comb. I mean, this guy's thorough. I felt immediately at ease, for his expertise and his respectful tone proved to me that he was definitely a class act. Paul was in touch with us consistently from day one. He even offered to give us a lift to the rental car company, and even contacted a few for us while we were in his office. When we went down to pick up the car today, I couldn't believe what I saw - the car looked like it just pulled off the showroom floor! Our vehicle is 11 years old, and it hasn't looked that good in YEARS! The entire car was completely detailed, inside and out, and my daughter even commented that she loved how clean the car was! I moved into the area recently and am looking for a local shop whom I can trust and not worry about being taken for a "ride", I am happy to say that I found one in Carracino's. Family owned/operated business, very friendly people makes you feel at home, they don't try to push stuff on you will give the recommended work, good pricing, will drop and pick you up if you live close by which I think is really nice of them. They are very knowledgeable of the work they do. totally recommend them.

Worst detail ever! I have paid less and received better work. The cup holders were not cleaned out. The seats had sand still on them. The dashboard and CD player had dust on it and in the crevices. The seats had liquid splash marks on them and the inside of the doors were not even wiped clean...they had dust on them. When I got home I had to complete all of the above mentioned. In addition, when I lifted the seats the floor was covered in debris. They didn't even vacuum under the seats. Dot go there!
