Excellent shop! I was having electrical issues with my 1996 Jeep and it proved very tricky to diagnose. The folks here were able to figure it out, fix the problems and do it for a very reasonable price! I have already recommended them to a few friends. If and when I need a mechanic again, I'll be back.

The manager here comes off a little funny but being knowledgeable about cars myself, I chose to go here after sending my car to another place that claimed to be experts but wanted to charge me for a wrong and unnecessary problem. The mechanics at Independent fixed the actual issues with my car and now it's running very smooth. I found the mechanics to be great. Any negative reviews might be due to irrational costumes who see an old looking independent business and think they can get them to charge under price, then get mad and irrational when they don't. My parents had a housing appliance shop growing up and they'd get the same kind of bs from the locals.

I absolutely love JC. They've provided consistent, reliable service for my car since I moved to the area. The guys at Cybert are honest and very easy to deal with. I've had shops in the past play games with me (halogen fluid replacement, etc.), but at Cybert, they brought me out into the shop, showed me what was going on, explained the fix, and then fixed it. There was nothing shady and I never once felt like they were trying to take advantage of me. They have a convenient location, reasonable hours, and surprisingly good coffee while you wait.
