This is not the shop to take your car if you are looking for it to be DETAILED. I was recommended by a family member that said she did a phenominal job, reviews said it, she said (better than the car wash). Well that was not the case. my car was taken a full day, I trusted she did a good job, I paid her and didn't think much off it. The next morning when I drove my car I was beyond disapoointed. My tinted windows had been ruined, there was ink on my driver seat, car door cubbies were full of dirt, back seats were full of dirt, back was not vacummed there was still dog hair, the trunk was never vacuumed, the exteriror had scuff marks on it that could have been removed. My car was taken again the whole day. Tint wasn't fixed, had to go out on my own to fix it. She wanted me to go through the car with her so she could clean what I found dirty, by the second day that car should have been immaculate. Well to my surprise I found myself cleaning my own car on Friday, I sent her pictures of the visible things that were still dirty (still have the pictures with the date to prove it). I was ignored on the pictures. I text her and said I should receive a refund of some sort because I was detailing my car hours before it was loaded on the container. Bottom line look else were to get your car detailed. I got a car wash instead.

Until Car Doctors moved into the neighborhood, I ALWAYS regarded car mechanics with a deep sense of dread and skepticism. Dee Knight is the definition of excellent customer service, and his personable crew of employees are the direct opposite of the duplicitious car mechanic stereotype. The car repair industry in general should follow suite. Thank you Dee!!

To start, great service, lots of experience, the remote start in my eos was installed in less than 2 hours.

They successfully repaired my German made car (BMW) and were quick and courteous. I would recommend them to people who live in Long Island.

The owner and staff was very helpful.. I needed my windshield replaced front passenger side fender And hood painted and replaced for my Volkswagen CC. I went there in my 2012 camry because they were rated #1 oil change in south bay paper, and they told me the same ($35 more for synthetic). When I called toyota, Toyota said it is 5w20 synthetic. So i had it done and seemed very fair, quick service. I read this review first, and was hesitant, but my engine still runs and I saw they used the correct oil and changed filter. Seemed legit. would go back. Very fast service.
