I am very pleased w/the work Miranda & Sons Automotive did on my 1998 Mazda B2500 w/168,000 miles. It is my only truck that was not running after I got laid off in May. Luis understood my situation and worked w/my situation. If I did not have the lower front ball joints replaced I was possibly looking at serious future problems. I love my truck and it rides almost like new w/all the work his team did. Very professional and a nice team to work with. He also threw in a oil change. I'm happy I found a new mechanic! I just want to say thank you, It's been a long time since i have felt good after having my car repaired, my farther was a diehard sears customer until they screwed up his car, we then started going to pepboy's, not much better, my neighbor said go to mavis, wow what a mistake, i was buying tires the next thing i knew they wanted to sell me brakes front and rear, i told them they were just replaced 8 months ago, then they said my struts were no good and that i needed a bunch of services, i was lucky to get out alive. A co worker sent me to roadside tire, they did the right thing on my car so i went back a couple months later with my wife's car and they took care of me again, its like i am a family member it's really great. that's why i am writing this review i hope it helps some one.

i had the unfortunate experience of getting an estimated price of $500 for brakes and rotors. I said ok . They were to call me with exact price but I called them . They wanted 1600.00 for brakes oil change wipers !! Padded the quote like no tomorrow!! I called my local mechanic and he had his tow truck get my vehicle They wouldn't release my car unless I signed paperwork via email that they didn't receive without me making a 38 dollar payment as the said they Inspected the Brakes! Then he wouldn't release my car because he wanted me to write my debit card number on an unencrypted email. He finally extorted this 38 dollars from me and kept the tow guy waiting for a half hour.

Greg is one of those mechanics who you can actually trust. He is honest, friendly, and goes above and beyond when it comes to personal attention and good quality service. There is no pressure to do more than what you want done, however, he will make recommendations on future service. Perhaps the best part of dealing with Autoworks of Devon is the fact that he has loaner cars for use while your car is in the shop. I have utilized Greg's loaner cars on multiple occasions and I couldn't be happier. On top of bringing all my cars to Greg, I have also convinced my whole family to start bringing their cars to Greg. Great service, great people, easy access off of 95, what more could you ask for?
