I pulled in for a NY state auto inspection around 5:30 pm. Despite looking very busy I was accommodated in a few minutes They provided the inspection quickly and efficiently. Everyone was very courteous, the task was finished then I was on my way. I would recommend this shop to anyone and will return when I be require service or repair in the future.

The first-time visit on a Saturday and they treated me like a long-time customer. Very professional and they all know what they are doing. Fair pricing and fast service. My dad and myself walked into your location CITY WORLD HYUNDAI 3350 BOSTON ROAD BRONX NY 10469 after getting an email saying I would be able to get help in my car search. We walked around the outside looking at the cars waiting for someone to help us and got no help, we then walked into the office and looked around for 15 min and still got no help. it wasn’t that the employees were busy in fact we were the only people there who was not working, after making eye contact with the 3 or 4 people behind the desk and still got no respond such as a hi or even a smile. I have been to a number of different car dealerships and have never encountered such terrible customer service experience ever. No one cared we were there at all it was as if we were invisible. Finally my dad got upset about the whole thing and we left .I didn’t plan on leaving with out the care I came to find out about but I also didn’t expect to leave angry either.
