I absolutely love JC. They've provided consistent, reliable service for my car since I moved to the area. They have saved me tons of money- typically in situations where my dealership tries to upsell an unnecessary service not warranty covered. Recently, they looked at a used dealer car I was interested in buying- and found a few potentially costly issues with the vehicle, that were then taken care of by the dealer. These guys are so incompetent! The only thing they are good for is changing oil and spark plugs and they can barely get that right! Don’t take your bike to their trust me!

DO NOT got to GOLDEN TOUCH AUTO COLLISION located at 490 Ralph Ave. The charged me close to $4000 to fix my car and returned my car back with a bumper that was put together with glue, yes glue. My bumper looks like its about to fall off because it was incorrectly put in as well as other issues with my car. They also charged me money for a paint job and painted nothing. If you want to waste your money then be my guest but I do not advice anybody to go to GOLDEN TOUCH AUTO COLLISION. They say they've been in business since 1986 and have poor customer service.

Nicholas S 347-836-1574 - Logistics manager of this body shop had a customer car at his house in South Richmond Hill on June 20 at approximately 4:45 pm. His kid brother backed out of the driveway into my car while I passed by which caused damages to the right side of my car. The cops were summoned and statements were given. My insurance company made numerous attempts to contact this person with no success. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you!

I took my car to this place because I had non-working wiper blades. The mechanic did a diagnostic check and claimed that I needed to replace the entire fuse box and that it would cost me $400 plus $95/hr for labor. I suggested that he consider looking into the relay, instead, as the problem but he refused to check if the relay was the actual problem. He continued to put pressure on me to buy the fuse box immediately and when I told him that I found the fuse box online for $200 he dropped the subject. I decided to go with my instinct and order a relay online which only cost me $16. I left and went home. Once the relay arrived at my home, I replaced it and my wiper blades were working again. Its mechanics like the ones at this place that give the good and honest mechanics a bad reputation. He almost ripped me off for $500-600 and the problem was a $16 cost. If you decide to take your car to this place, do your homework first, and get ready to get ripped off!!! And don't be fooled by the smiles, they are a bunch of thieves!
