He's also very helpful in interacting with customers by explaining the background behind needed repairs, letting you come into the shop to see the car on the lift, and listening to any of your concerns and questions. I had him do some very nice custom work upgrading my turbocharger and intercooler and then tuning my 1999 Saab 9-3. He put an immense amount of time and effort into making my car run perfectly, while managing to keep the bill on an affordable level.
