The professionals at Hond City took 45 minuites to check in the car and lectured us about the proper procedure for when oil chould be changed. I am thankful for their professional input as the last four vehicles we have owner only had over 100,000 miles on them when we sold them andnever needed ay type of engine work. Guess we did a pretty bad job maintaining them. This was the first of the "free" oil canges Honda provides as part of our new car purchase. I can assure youit will be the last as well. I will take the vehicle elsewhere where they can get me in and out in a reasonable time andactually know what they are talking about.

I have since recommended it to other people who are all extremely happy too. So refreshing to walk into a place and just know they are not trying to drain you of all your money. Great prices and amazing service. I went back to get two rear windows put in and they didnt even charge me labor as I bought my van from them. Wish there was more businesses with integrity and business ethics like Curmsons. Thanks guys.

Brought it in several times and finally got it fixed. Took the car in for a routine service and ended up with a $2,000 in July and then a $3,000 bill in November for brakes and tires. The rubber around the door is falling off and they told me that's common with these cars! (What!?) It's now December and my radio wasn't working so I brought it in again. They said I have two leaks and quoted me $135.00 to diagnose the problem and then charged me over $200 to diagnose it. They have had the car for 5 days now and they are telling me it is $2500.00 to fix the radio because it is on the same circuit as something else. UTTERLY RIDICULOUS! To say I am disappointed would be an understatement! The car is beautiful to look at and I love driving it! But, if the car needs a couple of thousand dollars in service every couple of months, what good is it?! My opinion: Buy a Lexus!
