BUYING 2 NEW SLEDS
I WENT TO CAPRARA OUT DOOR TOY STORE IN PULASKI PICKED OUT 2 SLEDS WENT TO THE BANK GOT FINANCED AND WENT BACK TO CAPRARA LET THEM NO WE WHER ALL SET BE IN ON MONDAY, AND THEY TELL ME THERE TO BUSY HAVE TO BE WED AFTER I HAVE ALL READY SWITCHED INSURANCE AND HAVE THE LOAN CHECK MAID TO THEM THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS 3RD SLED THERE 6 TH AUTO FROM THEM AND THATS WHAT LOYALTY GETS YOU ! IF YOUR BUYING FROM THEM THEN I WOULD MAKE SURE ITS NOT AN INCONVINENCE TO THEM SO ITS NOT ONE TO YOU SO SITTING ON THE COUCH WELL ALL MY BUDYS ARE AT MY CAMP RIDEING THANKS CAPRARA HOPE YOUR NEW YEAR SUCKS TWO

subtransmission
update on James account: Took my 2003 ATV Arctic Cat to fix the sub transmission screw up. Another 16 miles trip one way. They put the sub transmission arm on wrong, and I could have repaired it myself, but since I paid over $800 to have them fix the stator and voltage regulator, I figured they could fix their screw up too. So after I got it home and was running it around and took a hard right turn and the gas tank vent hose came off. Taking a closer look I found the vent hose was kinked. This happened when they replaced the ignition switch that I didn’t need. I had to remove the speedometer and ignition switch because there was no way of getting the kink out without removing all of this. The kink would have caused a vacuum in the gas tank after driving it for only a mile or two...been there done that. So I fixed it myself. I hope you don’t make the same mistake I did. Caprara Brothers Outdoor Store’s has the worst service ever. They have no idea what they are doing...and YOU WILL PAY for their LACK of KNOWLEDGE!! Go elsewhere for your repairs!!! I WOULD GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE RATING BUT THERE IS NOTHING BELOW A 1.

to repair a back firing problem
Took my 2003 arctic cat atv in for a back firing problem. they replaced the ignition switch told me it was fixed. Got it home, it still had the same problem, so it wasn't the switch. Took it back told me they had to replace the stator and voltage regulator. Just got it back, it seems they found the problem this time but created another. they screwed up the sub transmission high, low, super low. high is now super low and super low is now high. I would be surpised if these guys could change a tire on wheelbarrow and get it right. they probably would put it on backwards if that's possible.

called to ask how much to rebuild my motor ,and he acted like it was unheard of then quoted me over 2000 to rebuild .i told him i can buy a brand new motor for that price called rocks in parish and their boring it out for 750 big difference caprara outdoor sports service is a ripp off i will never spend my money with them the service team is out to lunch if they think anybody gonna pay that kinda money
