I BROUGHT MY TRUCK TO PICAS AUTOMOTIVE IT WAS A PLEASURE DEALING DIRECTLEY WITH THE OWNER.HE SHOWED ME WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS AND FIXED IT IMMEDIATELY WHEN I TOLD HIM I NEEDED IT FOR WORK.I ASKED HIM TO CHECK MY BRAKES TO SEE IF THEY NEEDED TO BE REPACED HE TOLD ME I STILL HAD 40% LEFT ON THEM I WAS SURPRISED BECAUSE FIRESTONE TOLD ME THEY NEEDED TO BE REPLACED, THATS THE DIFFERANCE BETWEEN A CORPORATE SHOP AND A PRIVATELY OWNED SHOP.THIS IS WHAT THEY CALL OLD SCHOOL IM GLAD THERE IS STILL AN AUTO SHOP LIKE PICAS. I WILL DEFINANTLY BE GOING TO PICAS IN THE FUTURE FOR ALL MY MECHANICAL PROBLEMS... THANKS AGAIN PICAS!!!!

Rich and his team are highly professional! I Had him do a safety check over my entire vehicle before a road trip. He gave me a thorough list of my vehicles issues and never pressured me into doing any work. We worked through what was important to keep the car going and what could wait for a later date. He has a very clean shop filled with friendly faces that remembered me by name after only meeting once, and most importantly gave a speedy repair that was affordable to keep a young college student on the road! I have had my car fixed at this shop numerous times. I would recommend them to anyone. It is always difficult to find a repair shop where you trust the people who are servicing your car...This is that place! They tell it like it is. No unneeded services or surprise extras when you go to pay the bill. To be fair, I had one uncomfortable situation arise with them. However, I was the one that made them uncomfortable (long story I wont bore you with) and once it was explained (professionally I might add), the situation was corrected and I continue to have my car serviced there.
