Had a fantastic experience over at Brookside. It's never convenient to go without your car, and body damage repairs are always a mystery... But Paul and Richie over at Brookside really take care of you. I mean, I was blown away by their responsiveness, patience in explaining everything, and resourcefulness in arranging rental cars and dealing with insurance companies. My truck was back exactly when they said it would be. And it hasn't looked this good since the day I brought it from the dealer.

The mobile service was great! They came at the time they said they would, took my old battery out, popped the new one in, 30min tops! They were very Friendly, friendly is good! I pulled in for a NY state auto inspection around 5:30 pm. Despite looking very busy I was accommodated in a few minutes They provided the inspection quickly and efficiently. Everyone was very courteous, the task was finished then I was on my way. I would recommend this shop to anyone and will return when I be require service or repair in the future.
