Retail tire service near Suffern, NY

My car died on my way to work so I had my car towed in to TRM and they provided me with a ride to work. They diagnosed that my alternator was no longer working and replaced it before the end of the day. I was happy with the service they provided and the price they quoted me.

The guys at Cybert are honest and very easy to deal with. I've had shops in the past play games with me (halogen fluid replacement, etc.), but at Cybert, they brought me out into the shop, showed me what was going on, explained the fix, and then fixed it. There was nothing shady and I never once felt like they were trying to take advantage of me. They have a convenient location, reasonable hours, and surprisingly good coffee while you wait. Recently needed to switch maintenance on my fleet of trucks so I stopped in to chat and size up this nearby shop. Spoke with both Don & Tom. Sharp guys. Know their stuff. My level of confidence went way up from previous company. Have had my vehicles in several times since. When my trucks are off the road, I lose money and potentially clients. These guys fix it right and get me back on the road asap. I used to wait for days for simple repairs. Now I usually have the trucks back same or next day. Prices are very reasonable too. My fleet has found a safe harbor! Thanks guys!
