Frank came to the place where the car was towed, waited with me and then took it to their shop. He guided me though the whole process and made it literally care free. Everyone at the repair shop are so friendly and helpful. When I came to pick it up, my car looked brand new! Thank so much! Now it is my car place! The owner, Bob is a nice guy with fair prices who doesn't need an appointment and can fix most car problems. FYI: Just go there when they open for faster service.
