The owner and staff was very helpful.. I needed my windshield replaced front passenger side fender And hood painted and replaced for my Volkswagen CC. I was looking on yelp for a good mechanic in Ridgewood and came across a recommendation that I was impressed with and decided to give the shop a try. I was so impressed with the cleaniness of the place (they are usually very dirty) and the knowledge the mechanic had, that I felt comfortable leaving my Chevrolet Truck there. I needed an inspection and once I started to explain a strange noise in my truck, Ken, the owner of the shop, told me I needed brakes. I had him do the job. I was happy with the repairs he made. My truck never felt this good. His prices are fair and I am glad to say I will be coming back and recommending him to everyone I know who needs a good mechanic.

The guys at Cybert are honest and very easy to deal with. I've had shops in the past play games with me (halogen fluid replacement, etc.), but at Cybert, they brought me out into the shop, showed me what was going on, explained the fix, and then fixed it. There was nothing shady and I never once felt like they were trying to take advantage of me. They have a convenient location, reasonable hours, and surprisingly good coffee while you wait.
