I have been using Parkway for over 5 years, and have found them to be the most honest and reliable service center that I have ever used. It is a wonderful feeling knowing that Ronnie and his crew always take great care of my car and if there is a problem they will do a great job fixing it and at a fair price. Avoid at all costs. I've been around mechanics and shops all of my life - and I went there to remove a piece of my exhaust and replace it with a new piece. I was told $75 (most places charge $50 for this so it's a bit high but I said ok) - they did the work then said it was $175. I went to the mechanic who did the work and he verified that the owner said $75. SCAM ARTISTS - There are a bunch of other shops in the area that are much better - avoid this place. Work that they did was decent but if you are going to lie about it doesn't matter how good the work is that you are doing.

Right when I thought this was a reputable shop. This is absolutely the worst shop/junkyard you can go to. Had Mazin and Pete rebuild my engine on my 2013 X5 and literally 8 days later, it goes bad and their excuse is”oil cooler”. I will get every penny back and I will make sure everyone knows about the scam operation you are running there. Mazen and Pete, Karma will bite you back and I’ll see you in court. I will not let this pass. What a scamming shop that doesn’t stand behind their work or anything they do. If you don’t believe me, look at all the reviews engine rebuild reviews. These guys don’t know what they are doing nor what they are talking about. Unfortunately for you, you messed around with he wrong guy.
