The owner, Jason Miller is a crook. He sold us new parts for our boat ... read more The owner, Jason Miller is a crook. He sold us new parts for our boat claiming the old parts were damaged. He never replaced anything. He did show me some old parts he claimed were off my boat when I asked to see the damaged parts. These parts were indeed old and broken. When I showed him an invoice from his shop showing those very parts were replaced about six months ago, he offered no explanation other than to became irate and threatened he would keep my boat until paid. I filed a complaint with the Lorain city police. The law doesn't want to help you because they see it as a civil matter. You're on your own dealing with this thief. I gave this business 1 star because I couldn't select zero stars.
Do NOT take your jet ski to this dealer for repair !!! Not to be trus... read more Do NOT take your jet ski to this dealer for repair !!! Not to be trusted!! They may know their boat repair but bad with jet skis ! Worked on my jet ski and all bolts weren't put back in ! If you have had work done on your jet ski I would advise taking it to another dealer to see if work was done properly !! They don't stand behind their work and pretty much call you a liar !!! They keep refering to the cameras they have installed but never seem to have time to go back and check them to see who is right !! Stay away from this business !!!!
