Had my car (Rolls Royce) towed in German Auto works. Was told starter was bad needed to be replaced or repaired. Simple, NO. Sad to say, my Rolls sat in parking lot for almost a month. Made approx. 6 trips to check on progress. Once they lost keys, could not or would not put car in building for security reasons. Summertime sun and heat can destroy leather and walnut interior. They actually could not remove starter. Sound like simple a procedure. After so many excesses, I just towed car back home. Very disappointed.

I had Met Jon Ketchum though my work. I have had met other people within his profession and decided there firm was a class act barring NONE . Upon having my vehicle repaired.I was informed of the repairs that would be needed as well as the cost of the repairs.They were up front. As well as thorough thru out the repairs.
