EXCELLENT SERVICE I was having issues with a previous mechanic due to constant rescheduling . I have always dreaded going to a mechanic due to various shops taking advantage a a woman who doesn't know much about cars . I then stumbled across wrench and decided to give it a try . Ray showed up and he explained my car issues in detail . He was sincere and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to figure out my issue and fix my car in the same day . I also learned new things during my interaction with him . I will continue to use wrench in the future and recommend wrench to my peers . THANK YOU !! Keeshia L

Took my SUV in for service to check a sputtering transmission. I was told I needed to repair a vacuum leak and battery which cost $800. Less than three weeks later the transmission went completely out and they charge me another $140 to tell me the transmission went completely out. The original missed diagnosis cost me $800 plus a towing fee and then they had enough nerve to charge me another $140 to tell me that the transmission was bad. When it was obviously bad three weeks prior and they just wanted to suck $800 out of me for other services. Unethical. Stay away.

I can't say enough about the professional service every time I bring in one of my Mercedes. For both old & newer cars, diagnosing the problems, finding the parts and fixing everything to perfection, with personal attention, is a perfect combination. Ricky & his team run a great organization and I recommend them to everyone!

This is a two-man shop with Scott mainly up front and Sandy mainly in the back. I have found the two to be very honest and straightforward. Given a small independent shop, they perform routine maintenance as well as manage to track down automotive gremlins. And if the gremlins recur, they are very fair about redoing and rectifying. Rates are more than fair. And NO gouging. No free loaners, but will work with Enterprise rental for reasonable price, if necessary. I have been using this shop for several years for cars including: 1995 Saab, 2005 VW Passat GLX, 2012 Volvo XC70 (still under warranty, but little things), 2015 Volvo V60 T6 (also still under warranty, but little things also including intermediate oil change between recommended 10K gratis change at dealer). Though reluctantly, they will work on USA domestic marques with a bit of pleading or coercion. Recommended......Velocitoro
