European car repair service near Hamilton, OH

Took my SUV in for service to check a sputtering transmission. I was told I needed to repair a vacuum leak and battery which cost $800. Less than three weeks later the transmission went completely out and they charge me another $140 to tell me the transmission went completely out. The original missed diagnosis cost me $800 plus a towing fee and then they had enough nerve to charge me another $140 to tell me that the transmission was bad. When it was obviously bad three weeks prior and they just wanted to suck $800 out of me for other services. Unethical. Stay away.

Honest Mechanics I thought I needed new brakes, after an inspection just needed a flush and a adjustment.

EXCELLENT SERVICE I was having issues with a previous mechanic due to constant rescheduling . I have always dreaded going to a mechanic due to various shops taking advantage a a woman who doesn't know much about cars . I then stumbled across wrench and decided to give it a try . Ray showed up and he explained my car issues in detail . He was sincere and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to figure out my issue and fix my car in the same day . I brought my high mileage Mercedes here after it decided to not want to start. What is great about C's Autohaus is what they didn't do; they didn't try to take advantage of me because I'm a Mercedes owner, which up until now, I thought was some kind of code for moron to repair shops. I'm used to taking my car in to a shop and having them try to sell me thousands of dollars worth of useless repairs with highly inflated part costs. C's Autohaus was able to diagnose that it was just the starter motor, and replaced it at a responable price. They were also able to find and fix an oil leak the same day at, again, a reasonable price, and they fixed some minor performance issues while they were in there gratis. After those repairs my fuel economy went from about 10 l/100km to around 7 l/100km (smaller number is better). The shop itself is pretty cool too. They have a lot of old VWs from the 60s and 70s on their lot which I'm guessing are project cars.

The staff and service was outstanding.

I can't say enough about the professional service every time I bring in one of my Mercedes. For both old & newer cars, diagnosing the problems, finding the parts and fixing everything to perfection, with personal attention, is a perfect combination. Ricky & his team run a great organization and I recommend them to everyone!

This is a two-man shop with Scott mainly up front and Sandy mainly in the back. I have found the two to be very honest and straightforward. Given a small independent shop, they perform routine maintenance as well as manage to track down automotive gremlins. And if the gremlins recur, they are very fair about redoing and rectifying. Rates are more than fair. And NO gouging. No free loaners, but will work with Enterprise rental for reasonable price, if necessary. I have been using this shop for several years for cars including: 1995 Saab, 2005 VW Passat GLX, 2012 Volvo XC70 (still under warranty, but little things), 2015 Volvo V60 T6 (also still under warranty, but little things also including intermediate oil change between recommended 10K gratis change at dealer). Though reluctantly, they will work on USA domestic marques with a bit of pleading or coercion. Recommended......Velocitoro

All Speed Innovations aka Sigma Six Engineering is ran by a wanna be engineer named Pat Smith. Pat uses customer cars as his personal cars while in for service. They charged me for a alignment and the alignment wasn't done. They also took it to a alignment shop without my permission. When they installed plastic TGV deletes they connected a ground wire to them. Pat couldn't figure out how to connect his laptop to my car and disable the TGVs, I did this myself after reading how to do it on the Internet. They also built a cage for a customer and ruined the customers car. Everyone should stay away from this shop or anything related to what Pat Smith does.

Sam's a great guy, I simply drove to his shop unannounced and he made time to check out my issues. I eventually got some electrical help with it and that led to some suspension work I needed a couple months later and a timing belt when I hit 100k in my VW. I always go to sam, he preinspected a Jaguar I was thinking about even. Sam's shop is different, I thought I would be getting Bentley prices for my little v-dubber, but that's not the case. Very reasonable for what he does.

My 2010 VW with over 100K drives like it was brand new. They analyzed the problem and fixed it with VW parts. Makes a big difference. If you have a German vehicle and don't want to take it to the dealer. This is a great full service option.

My experience was AMAZING with Evan's. They are professional and so prompt. They got me right in and gave me continuous updates. Also, they seem very affordable, I have been ripped off by my dealership before and I trust these guys. Evan himself even shuttled me back to work, which was so nice not having to ask someone or worry. I am from out of town and now have a go-to car shop! I would highly recommend them :)

I must say that I've never dealt with a repair shop that has been totally helpful and honest, until now. Jeff is a real stand up guy. If you need great car service this is the place.
