I am always satisfied with the work. The shop is very communicative, fast and affordable.

Had my car (Rolls Royce) towed in German Auto works. Was told starter was bad needed to be replaced or repaired. Simple, NO. Sad to say, my Rolls sat in parking lot for almost a month. Made approx. 6 trips to check on progress. Once they lost keys, could not or would not put car in building for security reasons. Summertime sun and heat can destroy leather and walnut interior. They actually could not remove starter. Sound like simple a procedure. After so many excesses, I just towed car back home. Very disappointed.

We were referred to Goodale by another shop that does not do transmission work. We brought in our car and John was incredibly patient and thorough in diagnosing the problems with it. He was more than fair with pricing, and made an honest recommendation on how we should proceed, even though it didn't mean going forward with more work on the car.
