Went to Firestone, had their 'Lifetime Alignment' (BS), wanted to get my van aligned they wanted over $400 for misc front end repairs, I checked everything in my garage (I can't do computer alignments) I then took my van to Certified where they also inspected everything and had the alignment done in 45min. Firestone wanted to make some $, they didn't know I've worked on my own for over 30yrs, Certified did not try to stick me with a bill, they did the work and my fuel economy more than doubled. They are honest

I just want to say my family and I use Rainbow Muffler on Northfield Road in Maple Hts. all the time because of the great customer service and good work Mark and his staff provide us. Not one time did we have to go back to take our cars for work undone, whatever the problem was Mark made sure it was taken of as well as his workers. I always recommend people to go see him.
