rebuilt lower unit
Marine Worx rebuilt a lower unit for me this year. It was for a boat I own in florida. When the licensed Honda dealer here tried to put it on it wouldn't work. I was there when they took it back a part. Not only did Marine Worx forget to put back in several parts(three berings) they also put one part in upside down (the shift cam) and did not notice that the "clutch dog" was cracked in half. I had to have the lower unit rebuilt one more time and lost my two week fishing vacation in the process. I called Kevin and asked him to make it right. He said he didn't believe me. I tried to get him to call the dealer here but he refused. He said people try to screw him over all the time by calling him after a job, complaining and wanting their money back. I can only say beware of this company.

Boat repair
Kevin at Marineworx is the boat mechanic to beat in the lake county area. He is knowledgable at his job, quick turn around time, very good prices, & prompt at showing up when he says he will be there. I have had him work on 2 boats & let's you know ahead of time what the repairs will cost. He does not find additional items & run your bill up as other area mechanics do. If he finds something he will call you @ let you make the call. Kevin stands behind his work & will make it right if it is not. He came down on a Sunday morning for me to get back out on the water. Please give Marineworx a call & be happy boater like me.
